Store Pickup

Shop online and pick up at our local stores. 

• Place your order online.
• On the Cart Page under Delivery Method, choose Pick Up and select the store where you wish to pick up your order.
• On the Check Out page, your delivery method will show as “Pick Up in Store.”
• Payment will be processed via the website.
• When order is ready, we will call the phone number listed on the order.
• If purchase will be picked up by a 3rd party, please include that person's name and phone number in "Comments" on the check-out page, at end of transaction
• Online orders require a minimum of 2 hours to process.
• A few days may be required if we need to transfer items from another Timbuk Toys location.
• We want your order to be perfect! Please allow adequate time for us to process, pick, wrap and pack your order.
• Local law requires that customers pay .10 cents per shopping bag. Store pick-up orders are packed into shopping bags for which we have to charge.  Please estimate the number of bags that will be required to contain your purchase and add the Local Bag Fee charge to your order. This can be added from the Cart page, or find it under Gift Wrapping.
• The person picking up the order will need to show a copy of the receipt or give the order number.
• Orders over $100 require proof of ID.  Person picking up order must the purchaser or be named on the order as an authorized 3rd party.
• If goods are not picked up within 4 weeks, the purchase will be refunded and goods returned to store inventory.

Store pick-up is efficient and FREE;  no shipping charges and avoid the risk of of having packages lost, damaged or stolen.
